This building has a MASSIVE cockroach infestation in the infrastructure. Its impossible to fix as the spaces in between the walls is where they dwell. ive lived here for a few years and have had to battle with the roaches every spring to late fall only to have them return again the next year. the management tries to help but the problem is too severe for them to handle.
the rent for a 2 bedroom is $1100 which is about $600 over what its worth to live here. will be moving asap as we are sick of the roach wars.
so beware beware the roach castle of terror, lest you wake up one morning with roaches everywhere !
